A healthy and yummy drink that I like to make, is a kale shake. I tried it for the first time at a coffee shop in St.Thomas, and decided to make them when I get home! It’s so good that my friend special requests that I make it for her whenever she comes to visit. It sounds gross but it’s delicious and healthy.
Here’s what you need!
2 leaves of Kale (any kind)
1/2 banana
3 Tbls ground flaxseed
1 Tbls honey
2/3 cup soy milk
ice
Okay... these are approximate measurements. I never actually measure anything, but you can experiment to see what you like the best :) Give it a try!
